Reinventing Bilbao  (Excerpt)

The nearly 2000 year old city of Bilbao, Spain suffered an economic collapse in the 1980’s. This film examines how the city plotted its coarse back to international success after a devastating flood and soaring unemployment. While best known for the Guggenheim Museum by architect Frank Gehry, the film also covers the city’s system wide effort, culture, and determination to achieve success.
